TM067 Poltergeist in Pokémon Radical Red

After getting all eight badges and reaching Victory Road, you want to head inside the main Victory Road cave.
Inside you’ll see a boulder to your left. Use Strength on it and start pushing it to the right side of the room.
As you get to the extreme right with the boulder, you’ll see a white switch. Place the boulder on the switch.
With the switch pressed, go back toward the entrance and climb the small stairs to get on a platform. Follow the platform East.
Shortly you’ll get the choice to either go down the stairs on your right or on your left. Take the ones on your right.
Follow this path and you’ll come across another pushable boulder with the TM you want behind it. Just keep pushing it left until you can grab the TM for Poltergeist.
