Location From the Viridian City Gym after defeating Claire in a rematch.
Description The user attacks with a blast that beats fairy immunities but hurts the user.
Type Dragon

After defeating the Elite 4 and Blue to become the champion, you can head over to the Viridian City Gym again and speak with Claire to have her challenge you to a rematch.

Keep in mind that because of Claire’s battle condition, you can’t use any Fairy type Pokémon in this match.

Defeating Claire will reward you with the TM for Draco Barrage.
