TM081 X-Scissor in Pokémon Radical Red

From the Pewter City Pokémon Center, start by heading South.
Continue following the path South until you reach the entryway to Viridian Forest via a gate connector.
Inside the connector, you want to go straight down to exit from the other side and enter Viridian Forest.
Now follow the only path in front of you which leads South.
Eventually, you’ll come across a brown sign. After that sign you’ll have the choice to either go North or South. Go South here, walking through all of the tall grass.
After getting past the tall grass you’ll see a path going West. Follow it.
You’ll shortly come across some smashable rocks.
Use Rock Smash on any one of them and continue on the path West.
When you see a raid den you’ll want to turn and go South.
Continue going South until the path gets blocked by trees. You’ll see the TM for X-Scissor to your right down a lone pathway.
