From the Fuchsia City Pokémon Center, jump down from the ledge to your East and then start going North.
You’ll shortly get on a path that you want to start following East.
You’ll come across the entrance to a connector – head inside and exit to reach Route 15.
As soon as you exit the connector, you want to continue your journey East by following the path.
Continue following the same path, even when it turns North.
Eventually, you’ll reach a fence maze.
Walk inside and turn left straight away.
While you’re walking left, take the first path up and then start walking to the right.
You’ll be able to go up again, which you want to do before continuing to go right.
Keep going to the right, even as you enter Route 13. This indicates that you’re on the right path.
When your path gets blocked by a fence, just go up and continue going right.
When the path down opens, you want to take it down and then immediately turn left.
Continue going left until the path down opens again, which you want to take before continuing on your path West.
Another path down will open that you want to take.
At this point, the TM for Future Sight should be visible to your South.
