Location Given by the two ladies in the Celadon City Hotel after you acquire the Mega Ring and beat them in a battle.
Description The user tucks in its wings and charges. It damages the user a little too.
Type Flying

Starting from the Celadon City Pokémon Center, go down the path leading to the Game Center.

Walk around the set of buildings directly South of the Game Center to reach the path facing the front of those said buildings.

You want to enter the hotel, which is the building that’s at the very right end of this pathway.

Inside the hotel lobby, walk to your East.

You’ll see two girls sitting next to a table.

Speak with them and accept their challenge. If they ask you to get a Mega Ring then you’ll have to defeat Giovanni at Saffron City’s Silph Co. first and be given the ring when attempting to enter the Saffron City Gym.

Both of these girls named Sam and Shelly will fight you one after the other instead of coming at you together in a double battle.
