Location Found in Silph Co. 1F, in the bottom right corner.
Description An attack that varies in type and intensity depending on the user.
Type Normal

From the Saffron City Pokémon Center, go up and then take the first right to walk behind the Pokecenter.

Keep heading right until you come across the entrance to Silph Co.

If a Team Rocket grunt is blocking the door then you’ll have to first save Mr. Fuji from the Lavender Town Pokémon Tower.

Head right as soon as you enter the Silph Co. building.

At the very bottom-right corner of the ground floor will be the TM for Hidden Power.
