TM095 Cosmic Power
Location
Found in some grass in the Berry Forest on Three Island.
Description
The user absorbs a mystic power to raise its defense and special defense.

Psychic
From the Three Island Pokémon Center, you want to start following the path heading north.
Standing outside of the Three Island Pokémon Center.
The path North will shortly end, at which point you should start heading West.
Following the path West outside of the town.
Continue this way and climb up some stairs to carry on this path (you’ll pass through some tall grass).
Continuing on the path West.
You’ll eventually reach a beach area indicating that you’re on the right track.

Shortly after reaching the beach area, you’ll come across an old man standing outside of the entrance to the Berry Forest. Speak with him to get entry to the forest.

As soon as you enter the forest, you want to start by heading up north.

Take the first turn right that you can, and then keep walking right until your path gets blocked by trees, at which point you should start going up.
Going East and then walking North.
As you’re walking up, you’ll see two ledges to your left.
Jump off of only the first ledge and walk left.
Jumping down from the first ledge and walking left.
Here, you’ll come across a trainer with purple hair. Speak with him and accept his challenge to a battle.
This will open the path you need to take to acquire Cosmic Power.

With the battle done, Surf directly South of where the trainer was and jump down from the ledge to the South.

After jumping off of the ledge, walk left and then start going down.
Continuing walking South.
When your path down gets blocked, start going left again until you see a pond to your South. You want to use Surf again to cross the pond.
Using Surf on the pond to the South to get to the other side.
On the other side of the pond, follow the path East to get the TM for Cosmic Power. Note that this path will be blocked if you don’t defeat the previously mentioned trainer.
