TM101 Power-Up Punch
Location Given by a Black Belt NPC on Route 4 (East Side).
Description A move that deals damage and raises the user’s Attack by one stage.
Type Fighting

Starting from the Cerulean City Pokémon Center, take the path heading West.

You’ll eventually walk into Route 4. Here just continue taking the same path along as it turns South.

Walk in between the two small ledges as you go through some grass.

After getting out of the grass, start heading West.

Keep heading West until you pass the Raid Den and have to go North in between two ledges.

Since the end of this path will take you to Mt. Moon, go up and then turn East instead.

You’ll see two Black Belt trainers looking at each other. You want to speak with the trainer on the left.

Answer the Black Belt trainer with ‘Yes’ when asked to.

He will then give you the TM for Power-Up Punch.
