TM018 Rain Dance in Pokémon Radical Red

TM018 Rain Dance
Location On Route 15, directly North of the gate connector’s entrance
Description A heavy rain falls for five turns, powering up water-type moves.
Type Water

Starting from the Fuchsia City Pokémon Center, jump down from the ledge to your East and head up the pathway.

As you get on the actual path, start following it East.

You’ll come across the entrance to a connector. Walk inside and exit the other side.

This brings you out onto Route 15.

As soon as you exit the connector, you’ll see the TM you want to your North. However, it won’t be accessible from here – so you want to follow the path East.

Keep following the path East until you’re able to go North. However, you’ll see that a small tree will be blocking your path.

Use Cut to cut down the tree and then enter the newly-created gap.

Now just keep going West, passing or defeating all the trainers in your path.

Eventually you’ll reach the TM for Rain Dance sitting near a raid den.
