Location Given by Chuck after defeating him in the Saffron City Dojo.
Description A harsh punch that absorbs half of the damage it inflicts to restore HP.
Type Fighting

Starting from the Saffron City Pokémon Center, go left and then follow the path up.

Continue going up, passing the entrance to the gate connector. You want to turn right when the path straight gets cut off.

Continue on the path right until you see the Saffron City Gym. Instead of entering that, enter the small building next to it.

Inside the Dojo, you’ll have to face four trainers as you make your way forward.

At the back of the gym you’ll have to speak with Chuck and challenge him to a battle. Beating Chuck will get you the TM for Drain Punch.
