Found on a heightened platform in the Seafoam Islands (B1F)
Description
A 3-hit attack that gets more powerful with each successful hit.

To acquire this TM you’ll need to reach Seafoam and go down to B1F to find the TM’s exact location inside, so we’ll guide you start from the Fuchsia City Pokémon Center.
Fly there & then go down.
Standing outside of the Fuchsia City Pokémon Center.
Continue going down as you jump over three ledges, enter Route 19, and use Surf to continue on your path downward.

While surfing, you’ll come across two trainers looking for a double battle. Take that as your sign to start heading left instead.

Continue going left even when the weather changes, indicating that you’ve entered Route 20.

Eventually, you’ll find an island you can land on. Continue walking left, even after landing.

After walking left and then going down, you’ll see the entrance to the Seafoam Islands cave. Head inside.

As soon as you enter the cave, go up the stairs in front of you.

You’ll see a ladder going downstairs. Take it to reach the cave’s lower floor.

As soon as you reach the lower floor, start going South.
You want to continue going South even after taking the stairs bringing you down from the platform you’re on.

After you walk down for a couple of seconds you’ll see another staircase to your right. Take it to go up onto another platform.

Go right on this platform and you’ll soon find the TM for Triple Axe.
